I made a staging site and uploaded all previous versions of Polylang until version 3.2 which came out april 2022 – here’s the changelog: https://github.com/polylang/polylang/blob/master/changelog.txt

I know for a fact that this worked a year ago since we didn’t have any problems last years festival.

So that means that it’s a change in EvenON and not Polylang. We really really need to get this fixed asap as the festival is coming up soon. Please prioritize this.

Thank you so much.. In the meantime I will try installing previous versions of Polylang on a staging site, so we can figure out if it works in previous versions – and which ones..

Please add this CSS code to EventON > Styles (If you don’t see any change, EventON > Scripts & Styling > turn off Write dynamic styles to header > save settings > turn on Write dynamic styles to header):

Thats correct. It works when I deactivate Polylang. I guess they have made some changes. Can you please update the plugin so it works with Polylang again? It has worked before and Polylang is one of the two big language-plugins.  (WPML and Polylang). So since it’s an update from Polylang you should probably be able to update your plugin so it works again. I am probably not the only costumer with this problem. Thanks..

The shortcode is fine. Did you try disabling plugins and switching the theme?

Try going into Troubleshooting Mode, enable EventON, then check this page:

Your version of EventON is outdated. Please update to 4.4.3. It should solve the issue.

To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website > make sure “Delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled” is Deslected from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate.
