Please add ux_val=”4″ to the shortcode.

also is it possible to include event category to custom posts? any workaround for this?

Thank you for your great suggestion, at the moment it is not supported. However please create a new ticket and select Feature Request as category so others can vote on your idea and get it moved into development faster.

Please add this CSS code to EventON > Styles (If you don’t see any change, EventON > Scripts & Styling > turn off Write dynamic styles to header > save settings > turn on Write dynamic styles to header):

.evo_bub_box { display: none !important; }

Please let me know if you have disabled cache or not on any page besides https://www.portnow.com.au/event-directory/

Hello,

If you go to https://www.myeventon.com/my-account/edit-address/billing/ you can edit the address and add VAT number under company name. And then apply it to all the active subscriptions and see if generating invoice make correctly with VAT.

Yeah, nah…

https://capture.dropbox.com/IqtopmSjZqMR5EfX failed the speed test by a long way

I have events on https://www.portnow.com.au/ as well – and what about event listing pages?

SG plugin does not do what I need it to do. I actually chose to pay for WP Rocket as it does a far superior job.

So EventON is not compatible with WP Rocket then huh? That’s a real bugger. As you know it’s not really compatible with Newspaper theme either so two for two. EventON does what I want but it’s not what I actually get.

Interesting that WP Rocket said “I proceeded with more tests using the migrated copy and I noticed even if no WP Rocket optimizations are being used, the issue persists. It seems the page cache mechanism is not compatible with the time count progress bar.”

Re the issue I linked to. It may be 2 years ago but it describes exactly the same result (if you look back at this entire thread).

I guess the only option I’m left with is to disable the progress bar (or just use another plugin for events)

(FYI, it says you responded 4 hours ago. I got the support email about 15 mins ago (11pm)

thankyou. I’m not sure why you can’t access it.

you have admin access and the plugin is installed and working.

How do we completely hide that little white popup from appearing on hover? This will solve our issue as we don’t require it at all
