Hello,
Thank you for your messages, I am going to assign this ticket to Ashan and he will be able to take it from here and find you a solution. Please allow some time for him to get back to you, we greatly appreciate your patience and thank you for being a eventon customer! Also please disable any IP blocking on your site if there are any.
It still doesn’t work very well.
I can only say that, by chance, I happened to select the “Event Image” and have to wait before saving the post.
That’s how it worked. It doesn’t seem normal to me… most of the time after selecting the image and clicking the button, the preview is not loaded in the Event Image box, if that’s the case, even saving the event lacks the association to the selected image.
I ask you another question: my client asks if it is possible to increase the size of the event box to show the full image?
If yes, how? Maybe by arranging them in two columns.
Now I use this shortcode
[add_eventon_list tiles=”yes” tile_count=”24″ tile_bg=”1″ number_of_months=”24″ fixed_year=”2025″ hide_empty_months=”yes” tiles=”yes” event_order=”ASC” tile_count=”1″]
can I change it to get what i asked for?
Grazie!
In fact I am using the DIVI WOO Modules for a better design of the Cart and Checkout section. Can that be the root cause, as I never arrive to the section that asks for ticket holders…. Is there anything foreseen with DIVI to make this available ?
Thanks a lot, this works. In general it should be possible to layout the ticket PDF a little bit better 😉
BTW feel free to make any edits. That is a Stageing link for tests.
Hopefully we get to hear back from you soon!
Thanks
Hi Artem,
thank you for your test.
Yes, I’m referring to that calendar.
Let me try to explain better:
If I click on an event that has just passed, example 9 April 2025 “Happy Birthday Martin Kilian Hufnagel”, it redirects to the correct event, where the Subject,
the date ( day and month ), is correct, but the year is the next one: 2026.
I am asking if it is possible to view the current year’s event instead of next year’s event.
The reason is that colleagues would like to wish each other a happy birthday, even though the occasion has just passed.
Thank for your assistance,
Simone
working well now
I have set both time zones to Amsterdam (WP admin and Event On settings). We cab continue checking what went wrong.
Update: I have manually updated the Event On plugin. Now successfully updated.
