yes please use dave’s suggestion for now I will implement the correction in the next version 4.4.4 which should be coming out next week.

If you add two of the same ticket type it charges double the price e.g. two main hall tickets should be £24 however, the system wants to charge £48.

I am an admin on our website however, we can’t give out backend login access due to GDPR. If access to the backend was essential I would need to clear it with the rest of my colleagues on the board at our next meeting.

right and how would i downgrade? – could you send me the old files to reinstall?

Do you have somewhere old working with your plugin versions of add-ons? Unfortunately, we unable to provide you with previous versions.

OK for now i have upgraded the modules again – how often are there updates? i only downloaded the last ones yesterday.

Because we just recently released a big update for Ticket, so please keep add-ons updated.

AND i cant add events to the cart.  I really need some help please?

Because Select event calendar WP Query method was set to 6 months, EventON couldn’t get the event.
