Hi, Sorry for the delayed reply. The time you sent me was around 2.30 Am. I am from India, Just now spoke to ISP. They said, they have blocked the access from Turkey, Russia, Pakistan, China, Bangladesh and Philippines.

I request you to tell me from which country you are accessing, so that i will ask my ISP to give access to the country you belong to.

They also gave me a suggestion to use a vpn browser, for you to access without any issues.

Sorry for what is happening.

Regards,

Vijay

You can see it happens to all events from the navigation page: https://nisekotourism.com/whats-on/

Hi Artem,

Here is an example: https://nisekotourism.com/events/the-61st-kutchan-jaga-festival-2023/

To fix this temporarily I have to go to settings>permalink>[make no changes]>save.

Doing this fixes the error, but only temporarily.

I will leave the page as an error for the next hour or less.

I need to fix it before we send our newsletter shortly.

Thank you.

Best Regards,

Alister

Hello Lain thank you for bringin this up. I can see whats going on. As a temp solution I would suggest you give each variation the same stock amount as block stock. I will get this implemented so variations stock does not go beyond block stock availability.

I see whats going on. So if you want to send a attendee list for a specific repeat instance of an event you must enable Manage capacity separate for each repeating events Otherwise, it is assuming the attendees are for all the repeats.

I think that will fix it. I think what is happening is failed orders are not reducing the stock quantity. In the code, before the order stock is restocked, it checked to make sure stock was reduced first. So I am not sure why and how this validation is by passed. Lets try disabling auto restock setting and see if that helps your case.

Merci beaucoup! Can you please try disabling auto re-stock failed orders and see if that make any change?
