Is it possible to disable it completely + Avada options on EventON’s Edit Event pages?

Hello,

1. Please go to EventON > EventCard Design > remove one of Add to calendar.

2. Go to EventON > Single Events > enable Shareable Options. Also make sure to go to EventON > EventCard Design > add Social Share Icons

I am sorry it is hard for me to understand because of the language. Is it saying a product type ID was missing? I wonder if you are able to run wordpress debug and catch the error from there.

Hi there Nikolay sincere apologies for not getting back. We are using a library for converting the HTML for PHP and that is whats causing this issue. I think we will need to switch over to a different library. Problem is it will take some time for us to work on this code as we have several other things going on at the moment. Much appreciate your patience!

I think there is a little bit of a confusion as to the functionality. Which is understood as we make this accommodate complex scenarios 🙂

So in my image. testop1 can only be added once. But testop2 can be added mulltiple times. But the whole ticket with various options can only be purchased ONCE. 

Is this not how your set up is set?

I should also point out that I am trying to include social share buttons on the event card and they are NOT displaying.
