problems to look at:
1 translation from the search bar
2 search bar not apearing for non logged in users
3 “change my RSVP” function error

your answers:
-“cant see a test page you created”
-“if using WPML you dont need to enable language corresponding event”, but in earlier tickets you told us to enable this when we asked you why the events and event cards and front end calendar was not translating with our WPML.
– the  reason that the “change my RSVP” button does not work is that i don´t know why the the RSVP is limited to one per email?

Could you please try explain this to me in a more simple way maybe?

Can somebode please respond to this? We want to use the plugin on the productionwebsite but we cannot at this moment because we don’t know what was changed.

Date-Picker: I´ve found a date-picker-plugin, now it looks good.

Other Problems now – please check:

Eventon 4.9.8.

1. Month arrows: I have the following shortcode [add_eventon jumper=”yes” bottom_nav=”yes” search=”yes” filter_clear=”yes” show_et_ft_img=”yes” view_switcher=”no” ics=”yes”] Month arrows and jump to month only work for logged-in users. https://www.goeticket.de/veranstaltungen/

2. The event popup does not open (e.g., from “Events by this organizer” or “Events at this location”).

3. The font color cannot be changed for canceled events (it is gray). https://www.goeticket.de/veranstaltungen/

4. Export to Google Calendar: The description (content) is not transferred, only the header. (Old problem)

Tickets and Variations  1.1.11:

1. The total price is displayed incorrectly, e.g., for €13.20, only €13.00 is displayed.

I switch back now to 4.9.7.

I installed Classic Editor and then added the content from your page on our test site:

As you can see the video is loaded and visible.

Could you please try the instructions mentioned in this documentation to make sure your issue is indeed coming from eventon.

Please try disabling plugins except EventON + Classic Editor also switch the theme.

As you can see in the print screen attached here, I already have to deactivate your plugin and now I can not show any of my events. It is really bad and I do not see any solution from you? Do I have to use another event’s plugin from now? I was really happy with EventON but this is a huge and dangerous problem that you are still not fixing…
