Is your issue fixed at the moment with the provided temporary solution?

1. Please go to EventON > Appearance > EventTop > Text under event title (on EventTop. Eg. Time, location etc.). If you don’t see any change, EventON > Scripts & Styling > turn off Write dynamic styles to header > save settings > turn on Write dynamic styles to header.

2. Every time we do a big update (3+, 4+ and so on) we bring more options that require code changes, I am afraid. And code changes always lead to some small adjustments you need to make, because EventON is big with a lot of different combinations of settings you can have. We are sorry for the inconvenience. When there is a new major release, if everything works for you, just wait for the next one. Or even better, create a clone of the website and update EventON there first to see if there are any issues.

1. Please customize the template:

To override and edit the email template copy the email PHP file from ../eventon-subscriber/templates/ to ../yourtheme/eventon/subscriber/ folder.

2. This downloads an event as .ics file, they can later import to a calendar. Mobiles understand this and instead of downloading it go straight to adding this to their local calendar. What’s your mobile (brand and OS) where you see this error?

Add Event Types you want to exclude with NOT-. Like this

[add_eventon event_type=”NOT-EVENT_TYPE_ID,NOT-EVENT_TYPE_ID“]

You can use this with most of our shortcodes, not only [add_eventon].

Response: but a YEAR Long event does show up as an event every month. I only want it to show once in this look (see attached the look .. when I add our event now it will show 12 times instead of just 1)
