Hello,

I cannot find EventON among your plugins:

https://booksirelandmagazine.com/wp-admin/plugins.php

Could you install it and then without enabling it contact us?

Amazing. Thank you!

I updated the plugin, but there is not enough available memory:

[27-Apr-2023 13:25:03 UTC] PHP Fatal error:  Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 83 bytes) in /var/www/vhosts/tarancondigital.es/httpdocs/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1840

Could you follow this guide to increase it:

https://docs.myeventon.com/documentations/increasing-wordpress-memory-limit/

I activated the old version of EventON for now. Please also note that you have two versions installed: old and new.

Please add this CSS code to EventON > Styles (If you don’t see any change, EventON > Scripts & Styling > turn off Write dynamic styles to header > save settings > turn on Write dynamic styles to header):

img.borderr15 { max-width: 100%; }

There are two options:

1. Change font-family for all EventON’s icons with the icon font from the theme by using the code from this link

https://pastebin.com/0vm1JZvu

2. Change only one icon (clock) with the code from this link:

https://pastebin.com/AveLH6RF

Please try both and let us know.

Ashan,

The same issue on dev2 with 0.4 version of the add-on:

Thank you for your messages, I am going to assign this ticket to Ashan and he will be able to take it from here and find you a solution. Please allow some time for him to get back to you, we greatly appreciate your patience and thank you for being a eventon customer! Also please disable any IP blocking on your site if there are any.

Hello,

Could you apply this patch:

We can do this for you if you share FTP access as a private message.
