Okay, I will try in another way.
In an event I activated the rsvp waiting list feature and put the RSVP capacity to 0.
Now when I register someone to the event in the frontend for the waitlist he isn’t on waitlist list, he is a normal attendee. I will put in my logins in a private message – then you can try out.
I hope it is more understandable now.
frontend site: https://dev02.kanu-petry.de/kalender/
backend: https://dev02.kanu-petry.de/wp-admin/
the logins:
htaccess: eventon & B1tBA1uO0w7Tj2cY
wp-admin: eventon & temsev-wUtbix-hyvzo3

Same problem. I tried also deleting cookies and other stuff in the browser. And I also tried chrome on windows and on Mac – it is both the same. I am really confused about the problem.
One other thing – the ticket variation details do not appear on the event details in the cart or on the booking confirmation. Can you please check I have set it up properly?
I guess I found the solution by myself. I reduced the number of repeats for recurring events. Now the weekly view loads much faster. But the mentioned suggestions where very helpful in this case..
Hello,
Unfortunately, we unable to help with this issue. Please contact the VPN support and share a link to the calendar for them to check.
In order to request a refund, please create a new ticket under Billing & Accounts and be sure to include the order ID for which you need a refund for and the reason for requesting a refund.
For the main plugin, please contact CodeCanyon.
You don’t need to activate the main plugin or add-on to make them work. Just leave them as they are, and then when Ashan fixes it, you can just activate them.
You can use Custom Meta field and show it on Event Top:
https://docs.myeventon.com/documentations/setup-use-custom-meta-fields-events/
You can go to Edit Event > Event Options > enable Event Completed.
Or you can follow

Please check and let me know.
