how old is the theme? and is it designed for the latest wordpress?

old themes can cause security issues on your site.

the images are way to large- some are 1mb- they don’t need to be that large even for the single event page

(username and password did not let us log in)

is 2300 px wide by 900 pixes high

you can get a smaller width image which will look great which will also work better for the tiles

try editing it to 1/2 that size at 300 ppi

Yes, they are working now 🙂

Could it be that this was caused by the latest update, since they were working before?
