What is your order id? we dont see any orders under email used in here.

I deleted all the events and now the page works without an error so something I’m importing is causing it.

I need to perform this import/export every year.  the only thing I’ve found that works is the All Import / All Export plugins.  If I export the items out of one site and into the other using the eventon import/export tools, it doesn’t include the organizers or locations so it’s not complete.  What parts of the exported file should I NOT include??

Could you update EventON to 4.3.1 and check if it works?

To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website > make sure “Delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled” is Deslected from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate. This link will further explain the process it. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!

Please go to EventON’s plugin folder/templates/rsvp_user_manager.php.

I was able to fix it by updating the software. I’ll be closing this ticket.

The main issue is that there is not a single line that refers to EventON.

Makes me think I imported something from that site to this site that’s causing an error? 

This seems to be correct. Something was imported incorrectly. Is it possible to just delete the event and re-create it again? You can also check it’s settings by disabling Avada’s Fusion Builder.
