You are right, we are going to check the issue and fix it ASAP.

It seems that ”When to close RSVP to new RSVPs: Never close RSVP, even after event ends” works, so as a temporary solution, please try setting it.

WPML isn’t supported by CSV Importer, I am afraid.

However, please try using this plugin instead:
