to add to the prior questions,
Some organizer field info is not included on the eventon CSV export of the CSV, specifically the social media information….
Likewise, its not on the action user submission process……
Is there a list of the outstanding fields that can be added to a csv so I can import the fields?
Thank you in advance for a prompt response. Myself and my contractor are at a standstill trying to identify if we can use the CSV method to bulk upload, or the action user method is going to be appropriate.
Hello,
You can set the subtitle color using custom CSS
.eventon_events_list .eventon_list_event .evoet_cx span.evcal_event_subtitle, .evo_lightboxes .evo_pop_body .evoet_cx span.evcal_event_subtitle{color:red;}
Please add the custom CSS code to “EventON Settings > Styles” and save changes. If you do not see the new style changes, Go to “EventON Settings > Styles & Scripting > Turn off write styles to header” Click save changes – to write the styles css code direct into page header. You can turn this off once the cache is cleared.
Glad to hear that you figured it out. If you have any other questions, please feel free to create a new ticket.
I already figured out how to do it, thanks
This response is incredibly vague. Go to that path and do what? What am I supposed to do with this response? Am I going to this path in our public_html or is this the back end of wordpress?
I have to apologize. I ended up turning off another plugin and the problem was fixed.
Dealing with this support is extremely frustrating. We are heavily considering switching our entire event platform for another one because random things keep breaking.
Here is the admin credentials. I highly recommend you keep them because the number of times I have to contact you due to random code-breaking is ridiculous. Not to mention Here are TWO replies and you still haven’t addressed my issues. Not to mention my site is LIVE with people unable to use it.

That’s sorted it, super thanks! Much appreciated.
We love the plugin by the way, awesome work 🙂
Reviewing schema validator it seems this occurs not on the page of the event but where I have a event shortcode in the footer, here is an example:
