Kurze Frage: kann man auch zwei Lizenzen auf einer WordPress-Seite nutzen? also wenn ich zwei Kalender nutzen möchte.

When I went to add a ticket, I could see there are already requests to make the plugin accessible so I’ve voted on those and added a note to the first one I came across. These tickets were created a few years ago so is what I’ve done okay or do I still need to create a new ticket?

Please make EventOn accessible via a keyboard and screen reader. When a event details are loaded in a page tabbing misses out important information e.g. event details, times, recurring events, it seems to skip to the social icons, so blind users are unable to get the event information. 

When viewing the calendar of events the buttons to move to another month are read on a screen reader as button, no information about what the button does is given. 

I’ve not done extensive testing on this, these are just some points I noticed when testing my clients site.

Is there a code or a setting to appear in desktop mode also full image?

Please try going to EventON > EventCard > remove a number from “Minimal height for featured image (value in pixels)”.

If the issue continues, please send us wp-admin access to your site from “Access Info” box on right side menu, to further assist your situation.

Could you please update Tickets add-on to the latest available version 2.4.20?

To update eventon addons: You can download latest eventon addons from myeventon > my account. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old addon and install new one and activate then delete the old addon. This link will further explain the process. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!

To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website > make sure “Delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled” is Deslected from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate. Could you update EventON to the latest version? Then try activating it.

Thank you for the suggestion, but we are already using WP Rocket as a caching plugin on our website and do not have any other active (we have disabled the rest). 

The problem persists and is quite annoying.

On the other hand, we confirm that the website can be accessed without issues from Spain, France, or the U.S. If you are trying to access it from another country, please let us know which one so we can grant specific access on the server.
