If you have enabled any Geographical site access restriction plugins please disable them so that we be able to troubleshoot the issue you are having.

Could you also make sure that you are using the latest versions of all our addons? Please check for latest version of the software from here 

To update eventon addons: You can download latest eventon addons from myeventon > my account. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old addon and install new one and activate then delete the old addon. This link will further explain the process.
