Thank you for your messages, I am going to assign this ticket to Ashan and he will be able to take it from here and find you a solution. Please allow some time for him to get back to you, we greatly appreciate your patience and thank you for being a eventon customer! Also please disable any IP blocking on your site if there are any.
password did not work for me
reminders requires a double save- first save to set the date of the event and then the second save sets the cron jobs based on the previous save
if you have auto reminders on- then when you edit the event (say to postpone it) at that time- deactivate the reminders- set the new date and save. then activate the reminders again and resave.
then the new cron job created will be based on the new time you set and not the older time
well perhaps for those events you don’t do it, or base it on minutes and not date just for events right at the end of the month, or hide month headers- so its just a list that is not seperated by months
the wp-admin is
user: eventon
password: kaZUeKMGgD2F*4di5lyN#ujy
yes. under repeating- choose custom and you can select any date/time you wish
Hi there, that worked for the event previewing. thank you!
But now we have received another Technical issue from WordPress, see below:
Howdy!
Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.
In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, EventON – RSVP Events.
First, visit your website (https://dreamweek.org/) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (https://dreamweek.org/wp-admin/post.php) and check for any visible issues.
Please contact your host for assistance with investigating this issue further.
If your site appears broken and you can’t access your dashboard normally, WordPress now has a special “recovery mode”. This lets you safely login to your dashboard and investigate further.
To keep your site safe, this link will expire in 1 day. Don’t worry about that, though: a new link will be emailed to you if the error occurs again after it expires.
When seeking help with this issue, you may be asked for some of the following information:
WordPress version 6.0.3
Active theme: DreamWeek San Antonio 3.0 (version 3.0)
Current plugin: EventON – RSVP Events (version 2.7.8)
PHP version 7.2.34-8+0~20201103.52+debian10~1.gbpafa084

hey guys, is there any update about this?
