With debug I’ve found a DB crash and repaired it, now everything seems to be working fine again.

I am sorry for not being very clear. I was talking about check-in with QR-Code. To do that, the user on the smartphone has to be logged in to the website, but as far as we can tell, he has to be admin. That would not be secure to give some helping hands at the entrance full admin access, so thus my question.

You either need to create a separate event for each variation or enable Repeating Event and then add an individual repeat.
