Hello There, I assume you proceed with “Resubscribe” button from My Account at myeventon.com when the license is pending cancellation. Unfortunately the way our system works, if you resubscribe it will generate a new license as pending cancellation is already tied to the expiring license.
It seems you have only 1 website activated with that license. You should be able to deactivate that and re-active with the new license.

Hello Omar, the fullCal license from order #152115 — the renew payment for Oct 23, 2024 had failed and your subscription is on hold. It was never charged on 2024. So you would need to purchase a new license.
However you can use coupon code EVO20T at the checkout and that will get you 20% off the price for the first year of subscription 😉

It’s been a few days since we last heard from you. We just wanted to follow up, as this issue is quite urgent for us. We need to proceed with duplicating the seat maps as soon as possible, since our ticket presale is about to start very soon.
Unfortunately, this functionality is essential for us to be able to use EventON at all. We’ve already resolved most of the other issues — this is the main problem still blocking us, and we urgently need a fix.
