I think that the issue is between Avada Settings and Fusion Builder on EventON pages. That’s why it doesn’t show anything related to EventON in the error.

Is it possible to disable Avada Settings on Edit Event pages?

1. Go to EventON > Time Settings > make sure that Timezone is correct and Use UTC offset time globally on calendars is enabled.

2. Please go to EventON > EventTop > add Tags before Title.

As a temporary solution, please go to EventON > EventTop > EventTop Main Day block fields and enable  Event Day Name.

As a temporary solution I went to to EventON > EventTop > EventTop Main Day block fields > enabled Event Day Name.

Could you please try the instructions mentioned in this documentation to make sure your issue is indeed coming from eventon.

If the issue is indeed coming from Eventon, please follow the instructions in this documentation to activate debug in your site to see any PHP errors recorded that can provide insight on to whats going on. Please reply with a link to debug.log file. If you are not able to do this please send us FTP access to your site so we can do this for you.

I cannot authorize your access to the site. We are a web agency working on behalf of the client and their site has Personally Identifiable Information (PII) on it, which is a protected class of information. Because of HIPA, we are not legally allowed to give 3rd party access.

We are web developers and can follow instructions for troubleshooting and checking configuration settings if you can send them.
