Ok thank you for letting us know of this. I think the issue lies in incorrect importing of the JSON seat map data. We are going to try a new approach where JSON file is split into small size chunks and upload it one by one and then reconstruct it. Please allow us sometime.
Tedious work need lot of testing before we can release it 🙂
If you are interested we can upload a beta version when it is ready to your site.

Please update EventON otherwise the activation won’t work.
You can also just keep using add-ons without activating them, just make sure to renew your subscriptions.

I will wait for a proper update. Patchwork only leads to more problems. August 8 it was stated release a new update with the changes would be available in a few days … and it’s august 27. So there has been no update, just a quick fix … this is not the service I am paying for … there have been problems the entire time I have used your software …
