Thank you for letting us know. I think they have not updated their database, that is why the notice is showing up. We have addressed the issue they recognized. Anyways we will keep an eye on this and see what we can do to get it pushed through to them.

I have removed the incorrect access information and replaced it with the correct details.
The challenge I am facing is that I would like to use WPML to translate the Event Information, Schedule, and other related content.
I appreciate your support and look forward to your guidance.

Hi Artem,
Thanks for the quick reply, here are some screenshots. I’d have to confer before granting you access, hoping this isn’t necessary.

We have an article on how to set this up please follow this.
https://docs.myeventon.com/documentations/how-to-use-webhooks-in-eventon-with-rsvp-trigger-events/
I know it works for sure because we just ran it on our end. Also try using zapier and see if that works better? any webhook api url should work, but try zapier also.

That is correct Helen, once you set the dates, and start getting sales on those dates, DO NOT mess with the dates. The repeat index keep track of the sales for that repeat instance. If you change that the date associated with the sale will also change.
The best option for you is finalize the repeat dates, and lock it up as soon as you start getting sales. — we may add a lock feature in the future.

Nothing related to EventON.
Do you think it’s possible to remove some URLs from the cache?
For example,
/?evo-ajax=eventon_get_events

Hello,
…a second email that is throwing a “You must provide at least one recipient email address.”
Could you please send us a screenshot of this part?
Also if possible, please send us wp-admin access to your site from “Access Info” box on right side menu, to further assist your situation.
