1. on low third of the page on https://youtopiagroup.com where the page has three colums the right colume is for events wirhe the header „Demnächst“ and also
2. on https://youtopiagroup.com/events/
all displays of events seem to be broken…

The best solution is to just clone the website with https://es.wordpress.org/plugins/wp-clone-by-wp-academy/ or similar plugin.
CSV Importer add-on allows you to import events:
https://www.myeventon.com/addons/csv-event-importer/
However there are limitations. Tickets and Orders cannot be imported with the add-on.
I believe that you need to just clone the website. Please check and let me know.

You asked us to update your addons. –> We can not just update without verifying valid license. –> You could not verify. — > So we had to wait till you have new versions of the addons to update. Creating FTP and purchasing valid addon licenses were necessary for us to do the update.
Artem have already update your website with these new versions.
You have an old version of woocommerce that is stopping EventON Tickets from working. I am going to update your woocommerce to latest version now.

Please follow the instructions in this documentation to activate debug in your site to see any PHP errors recorded that can provide insight on to whats going on. Please reply with a link to debug.log file. If you are not able to do this please send us FTP access to your site so we can do this for you.
Could you tell me more about the issue? So you had EventON > Language fully translated and then after you update the plugin itself to 4.9.7 all translations disappear?
We will get event location added in the next update 😉 — please allow us sometime. Bit tied with few other things.
Hello Jeffrey. With the new version of QR Code addon were you able to see if you scan an already scanned ticket you are getting w “Already checked” message?
May be you can share a link to the video recording.
On my end. when I scan a ticket again I get a blue screen. There I also see the option to uncheck the ticket.
