The scroll is too smooth. This can only happen when a theme applies it’s own easing functionality to the bar.

Does your theme allow you to completely disable scroll smoothing?

I have asked the theme author about the scrolling issue. I noticed there is an Error: Invalid frameId for foreground error when I inspect the page which may have something to do with it.

I changed the color to black but the event header is still white so I can’t see the event title or date as the font color is white.

Hey thanks for the tip… unfortunately my boss wants to be able to change the styling without css because she is not very tech savvy so she asked me to uninstall the plugin anyways. If possible, I would just like a refund for the slider add-on.. you can keep the money I paid for the full version.

https://watson.events/schedule-book/ is still not showing the calendar as it used to.

Is there a reason why it does not load. The hosting company said they have nor restricted anything. They suggested we go through Query Monitor find faults as the event page loads, but unfortunately the page does not load now. They have suggested you will be able to troubleshoot more efficiently.

We have had to install another calendar as the events are live to the public and they expect to be able to check the event details before traveling.

We would really appreciate it if we could have our EventOn calendar back!

 Thanks for your help

Is the PHP memory limit set to 2048M a problem?

The hosting is done by WPX.net and they have been very generous to provide more resources for our 4 week project.

Hi Ashan,

I think even just 25×25 or 30×30 would be great. As long as our whole seat map will fit. Please check the attached file for our sample map. That’s how many seats we have. Can you suggest what will be the map size?

Thanks,

this should make sure the seat purchased check only applies to current event, not other events where seats were duplicated from.
