Ok did some digging Katrin, it seems the subscription for eventON products that were under futter@ have its own billing agreement ID with paypal. Just changing email is not going to run the new subscription renewal.
I think you may have to Cancel the subscription with current email and then re-purchase with new email address, which will create the necessary Billing Agreement ID between eventON and paypal, to run the new subscription payments.
Please add this CSS code to EventON > Styles (If you don’t see any change, EventON > Scripts & Styling > turn off Write dynamic styles to header > save settings > turn on Write dynamic styles to header).
You can also add this code to wp-admin > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.
