Hi there, could I ask that someone help me with this issue again please? We have recently update all plugins and the issue with the drop down to reveal customer details is happening again. We would prefer that all attendees details are available on view attendees as it allows my staff to check customers in quickly.

Please remove tiles=”yes” from the shorcode since it enables Tile Design which is not compatible with Featured Image.

As for the issue, please go to EventON > EventCard > open Designer > make sure that “RSVP Event Box” is added.

sorry for the delay on the responce thank you for fixing that for me, I have activated the licenses for both the RSVP and the Main plugin, but I stll cant get the RSVPS to work on my site or come up, can you please tell me what I am doing wrong?

The page https://watson.events/schedule-book/ has been hidden now as the EventOn plugin shortcode does not show the events at all now.

The hosting company have said they are not restricting anything on their side.

In addition to my previous message, we want the photo to appear on the left side of the event.

If I render this, I have the photo on the left:

Shortcode used: [add_eventon show_et_ft_img=’yes’]

So I added show_et_ft_img=’yes’ to your code, and I get this:

[add_eventon_el number_of_months=”12″ event_count_list=”yes” event_count=”4″ tuiles=”yes” show_et_ft_img=”yes”]

Except with this code, the image appears in the background instead of appearing as a thumbnail on the left. How do I do this, please?
