Hi there, could I ask that someone help me with this issue again please? We have recently update all plugins and the issue with the drop down to reveal customer details is happening again. We would prefer that all attendees details are available on view attendees as it allows my staff to check customers in quickly.

Please remove tiles=”yes” from the shorcode since it enables Tile Design which is not compatible with Featured Image.

As for the issue, please go to EventON > EventCard > open Designer > make sure that “RSVP Event Box” is added.

sorry for the delay on the responce thank you for fixing that for me, I have activated the licenses for both the RSVP and the Main plugin, but I stll cant get the RSVPS to work on my site or come up, can you please tell me what I am doing wrong?
