I got it resolved on your website. The fixed code will be added in version 4.9.9

Please it’s getting late here! Have you been able to do anything??? My site is not selling tickets, should I restore to an older version again?

Please, this is extremely exhausting and frustrating and I am going to lose my job!

4.9.2 was released April 1st — it will work with PHP 7.4 but you will see lot of warning notices. 

PHP 7.4 reached its end of life (EOL) on November 28, 2022, and is no longer supported with security updates or bug fixes.

Order refunded and the subscription is cancelled now. If you have more questions, kindly send us a new ticket and we would be more than happy to help you resolve your issues!

We have issuesd 4.9.8 addressing this issue and have reached out to them to correct the version number error on this report.
