Hello, the plugins weren’t quite what I was after. I have cancelled the subscriptions and the order ID is #229741

Yes, EventON is activated on both the staging and production sites. I went to EventON > Addons & Licenses and it confirms that the product is activated. 

I was able to update the two EventON plugins that had updates available. Screenshot attached. 

I flushed Avada WordPress theme cache, GoDaddy cache, and my Internet browser cache. However the issue still persists. I updated two events to show in the future and three still appeared when only two should have appeared, as multiple occurrences are hidden (i.e. hide_mult_occur=”yes”). Screenshot attached. Note that I put the old dates back that were in those events, so they won’t appear on staging now, unless someone updates two events. 

Thoughts on next steps to fix the issue?

Thank you for your great suggestion, at the moment it is not supported. However please create a new ticket and select Feature Request as category so others can vote on your idea and get it moved into development faster.

Seems to be working on my side:

Could you try going to EventON > Advanced Settings > try a different Select event calendar WP Query method as a temporary solution?

Please follow the instructions in this documentation to activate debug in your site to see any PHP errors recorded that can provide insight on to whats going on. Please reply with a link to debug.log file. If you are not able to do this please send us FTP access to your site so we can do this for you.

The page went down again today and I had to once again request a 24 hour increase in resources. Can you provide info on the available shortcode with the very least amount of resource requirements? Would you be willing to go in and tweak the settings and place a shortcode on a test page and verify that this plugin will work on this site? I’ve given you admin access to the site but it doesn’t seem you’ve actually gone in and looked at the plugin settings. Can you do that? Do you want a staging site to work on? Please help me solve this issue. Thanks.

You’re basically asking me to go back to the original shortcode that started this entire ticket. Here’s what happens…. it just loads and loads but no events show up.

So that all events together have a + Show all Events Button, not each month

Is there a way to show 3 events in total, not 3 events per month? So the Homepage stays clean. 

For example:

or in Months we have less events:
