Could you try manually clearing your browser cache?

Hi Artem. I just managed to find the correct file and removed the code you suggested however this has not resolved the error for me. Any other suggestions? 

I went ahead and submitted the credentials for the username and password for my website. I gave you admin access. Please try logging in and let me know if you have any trouble. 

Please note that this website is in production and receives thousands of website visitors every day. So please do your best to not make any changes to the website that would cause it to go down.

Thanks Artem. Coding changes are a bit beyond my technical skills 🙂 I’ll just wait until this fix is included in the next eventon update when it is published

Super, that works. If I select ‘span until hidden end time’, the set value remains after saving. I’ll mark this as solved – thank you for the help!

Hi Artem, I have deleted my browser cache and tried on 2 different browsers but I still can’t open the event cards. Would you be able to have another look at this? Thank you

Also try going to EventON > Time Settings > make sure that Default Event Timezone is the same as wp-admin > Settings > General > Timezone. The same timezone should be in Edit Event.

Which event are you referring to? Could you send us a link, so I can re-create the issue?

Please also try going to Edit Event > Time > enable Span the event until hidden end time. Then select any time in End Time.

Could you manually update EventON?

To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website > make sure “Delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled” is Deslected from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate. As for the error, could you try upgrading PHP version on the server?
