Hello,

yes, I still need some help. I’ve noticed that when I add a ticket variation option with an additional item that has a price, the amount is correct when I add it to the cart.

However, when I change the product quantity in the cart, the additional item is also multiplied (for example, it becomes 2).

The issue is that the price of the first displayed subtotal is incorrect — it doesn’t take into account the added second additional item.

However, the price of the second subtotal (the cart total) is correct.

How can I fix this issue?

It seems like a timezone issue as when I set the event start time to 10am or later the event appears in the correct month.
Our hosting provider updated the timezone in the PHP config, but the issue persists.

I notice that clicking ‘Load Environment Stats’ in the ‘Diagnose EventON Environment’ tab shows ‘Server timezone’ as ‘UTC’. I have asked our hosting provider to look into this further.

We tried the patch provided by removing the “return;” value in the code, but the issue persists. 

This is really concerning and affecting the normal operations of our site. Can you please address the issue ASAP?

yeah that is another issue that i have oxygen trying to fix…you can click into the json + and expand it. I went in there and was modifying the shortcode options, as that shortcode is on that template page before there was any issues with the builder.

We are having the same issue after recent plugin update. Event cards are not clickable/ not opening. We have ux_val=”3″ in  our short code.
