I am still not sure what do you mean by “completed”. Do you mean they are deleted from the website?

I see on the log this:

Is it possible that this originated the problem?

Are the updates done automatically?

Actually… the tickets addon is at version 2.4.11. It won’t update through the WP admin, so I need to download the addon from your website. I’ll update if that fixes things.
