We enabled the debug mode per the link above and now we see a debug.log file. However, we are not seeing any errors in that file. We also enabled the debugging mode setting in the eventon calendar setting. as far as the password for the ftp in the access info section, I am unable to add. I can delete the info i previous input, but I can’t edit or add new.

Hello, thank you. A couple of questions.
1. Can I change the default checkin page? Tried in the EventON > Check-ins, but does not seem to work. But this one not that important.
2. More important. I opened checkins page, but not much happening. Pressed on Select an Event. Also nothing. How to solve this? Adding photo. Please help.

I believe we shared this with you before:
This shows what need to be enabled for an assigned user to view those events in the event manager.
The permission checks we have in place are for security vulnerability prevention. What you are doing is simply bypassing those. This is fine for your case, but others may want the added security with permissions.
Please use your work around for your current situation. We will add an option in the future that allow users to bypass the security measures for assigned users. At the moment necessary security permissions must be set before the assigned event shows in event manager.
