you going to need to install an smtp plugin in order to send emails

theres plenty of free ones on the repository

by default wordpress is no good at sending emails via PHP

where as the smtp plugin will remove that load off the server

when someone RSVP’s basic wordpress sending will have trouble sending both the admin and customer email (same with using woocomerce sending the admin alert and customer invoice

so an SMTP plugin will help actually send the emails

No, I did not customize the email confirmation template from my side as i know, I will recheck it…

The problam is happen once i try to aprrove order as set in hold (It usually happens that orders come in for 0 and have to be confirmed manually).

Hi Artem,

I already marked the ticket as resolved. I deactivated a plug-in I was using and that resolved the issue. Your plug-in now works just fine. Thank you for getting back to me though!
