I appreciate your continued assistance.​

To reiterate, I have paid for support and am seeking help with updating the EventON plugin and its add-ons, as well as resolving issues with the QR code functionality. Every attempt to update the plugins results in my website breaking. This is critical, as we rely on your plugins for our ticket sales.​

I have previously provided screenshots demonstrating that my support tickets were deleted after initial responses. This is concerning and hampers the resolution process.​

Could you please focus on assisting with the plugin updates and QR code issue? Your prompt support is essential to maintain our operations.​

Hello Glenn, thank you very much for catching this bug. It sure is happening for me as well. For the moment see if you can diable the “Other Events” button. This is a bit of a tricky bug… please allow us sometime and we will get this resolved. And I can share a patch fix in here once we get something resorted 🙂 

In your last reply you did not mention the issue you are having as Artem requested. — Kindly do so in here so we can better assist you.
