I asked them to increase the memory limit to 1024M and it fixed the issue, but they still insist that it should be fixed without increasing it.

Is there a different solution?

It’s version 4.9.7. Where do you change this setting?

I honestly don’t understand what’s going wrong, but I’ve just made some changes in the hosting — could you please try accessing the site again now?

I’m doing my best on my end and would really appreciate it if you could try again and let me know if it works. If not, I can also provide FTP access if necessary.
