Hello, I have been experimenting with different sites & multisite vs regular wordpress builds, and it appears that there is a conflict with oxygen builder. 

The main site in this multisite, admin.morningstar-counseling.com, doesn’t use oxygen; rather it uses one of the default WordPress themes. 

An event with a link to open a virtual meeting works here:

https://admin.morningstar-counseling.com/events/new-test-event/

So the redirection of “/var/event_access” works correctly on that event, but not on the oxygen-built sites. 

if you want to view that event & that site, I gave your account admin privileges to it.

Please also go to EventON > EventTop > make sure that Countdown Timer is added.

Please re-download the current version of EventON and update it.

To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website > make sure “Delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled” is Deslected from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate. This link will further explain the process it. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!
