Please check the right bottom of Edit Event page:

To update eventon addons: You can download latest eventon addons from myeventon > my account. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old addon and install new one and activate then delete the old addon. This link will further explain the process. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!

Could you please update EventON to the latest version?

Because at the moment I cannot open Ticket Settings: Configure.

5.0.2 and 5.0.6 also have differences in how repeatings are presented on the back-end.

I also did some tests on our test site and the date is correct:

Please send us wp-admin access to your site from ”Access Info” box on right side menu, to further assist your situation.

Could you also make sure that you are using the latest versions of your add-ons?

Please check for latest version of this software from here Your issue might be related to an older version you are running and we might have resolved this already in the newer version update. If you are on latest version of our software and the issue still persist please let us know.
