My issue is that I need to update the original Event On to a newer version to be able to use the Add On purchase and I no longer have access to the email account that was used for the original license so I can’t access the updates necessary in order to use the Add on purchase.  How can I get access to the original Event On based on the license I have for the same organization?

1. What if I used the ticket addon function, of paying a ”Name you price” and write in the description somehow that is is the advanve payment and that the customer should wite the needed sum by themselved? Or limit the minimum price to the amount needed. Is this ”Name you price” options settings are global or I could set different setting to individual events? Or maybe just change the description or add custom fields with custom description. 

2. Ok, will search for this option, but it is important.  Other plugins have this option.

3. But in this way I will have to pay for the tickets myself, so not a choise. As I written, the only way to reserve some spots in the event woul be to manually reduce available tickets. Other plugins have these options, so would be really helpful to have in the future.

Hello, thank you for quick response, but this will not fix the issue. Please let me explain.

1. The Css helped very litte. The site is still very very broken. Header, footer, colors. All broken.

2. You wrote me how to do the template manually, but this way is too complex for me. I am a designer, not a programmer and dont know coding. Please, can you help me somehow? I dont need anything fancy, just a normal layout for my customers. I need this, so I could send links to events directly to my customers and they could buy tickets there. Thinking of buying the addon for tickets and other few associated plugins. But I really need a normal layout, not a broken one.

1. This changes EventTop background, but not the background of Tiles in Tile view. Maybe I missed something, but still the problem is here. Can you please take a look once more?

3. Now I understand, will try to write to them. Thanks. They officially state, that their app is compatible with EventON.

Aren’t you the developer of the Tickets plugin? The WooCommerce Payments doesn’t have a problem unless this plugin is active!

Just found the WeeklyView option.
Now it’s asking for setting some details (see screenshot).

Can you please explain what to fill in those fields, or possibly refer to the explanation in the manual?

Quick question. When I click on the Configure Calender button, I can’t find the WeeklyView option.
For instance searching for ’week, weekly or WeeklyView  (see screenshot).

Can you please guide me through this, step by step?
Maybe by sharing some screenshots or by recording a short video.
