Hello there, looking at our system log, it seems like you re-subscribe to this order on December 21st? But the payment was declined. so the subscription went into cancelled. 

Unfortunately you may have to re-purchase the addon as this is cancelled now. Do let us know if that is something you feel comfortable with. we can share with you a discount for the re-purchasing.

Artem has detected the issue might be coming from etc_override parameter, we are doing some testing to make sure this is indeed the cause and if so we will get this resolved ASAP. Thank you so much for your patience!

Please apply this patch fix into your code on actionUser and that will resolve this, and we will be sure to include this in the next version update to actionUser addon.

I tried that but it doesnt look like thats the solution because the validaton tools still says the same problem.

I also flushed/cleared the cache.

Ignore that sorry – fixed it! It was set to query only events created this year, so we changed that to 12 months and it sorted it!

Thanks – the site is still not showing any evcents though? Also the activation limit on our account is still showing as 1 not 25…

I added this and no error or invalid format returns but also nothing happens. It doesn’t activate and there is no message.
