I see it. you are referring the the From To text that show in all the lines making it taller than before, correct ?

Hello Travis, thank you for sharing the message you got for them. Definitely not the answer you were hoping for. 

Problem to do what you need — from our end — is we do not have the necessary architecture to deactivate a license that is activated remotely. We are hoping to implement a system as you explained here. but sadly it is not in place right now. 

If it helps you change your mind, we can offer a discount at myeventon.com to purchase eventON license from us instead of CC, which allows us more control on how the license is handled. 

I know you feel let down by both responses and wanting to move to something else…. if you decide to stick with what you’ve used and know, let us know and we can share the discount.

Sorry for the delay. We have removed the Tickets addon from the order ID 128163, the licenses were renwed on November 8th, and it will renew again next year Nov 8th but with only Repeat Customizer.
