The easiest solution is to create a clone website and send us wp-admin/FTP access to it. We are going to update it and check for any issues.

Could you tell us which PHP version is installed on your server?

Could you try updating EventON to 5.0.5?

Please add this CSS code to EventON > Styles (If you don’t see any change, EventON > Scripts & Styling > turn off Write dynamic styles to header > save settings > turn on Write dynamic styles to header).

You can also add this code to wp-admin > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.

To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website > make sure ”Delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled” is Deslected from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate. This link will further explain the process it. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!

Please can you tell me what should I update to 5.0.5? Filter plus is 0.2. See attached all the Ad ons I have.

Somehow not surprising, this is the response I received from Envato: ”Kindly note that Envato does not have the option to reset or deactivate the license. This is why we recommended to contact the author directly and ask them about the possibility of resetting it.”

Guess this is how the WP market goes now – take your money, then pass on any support to anyone else, except themselves. It’s not specific to you guys at all (and definitely not personal) but I’m tired of dealing with CC specifically, and while I’ve gotten great response from you all in the past, if this is the market you insist on using, time to pass on you both.

Thank you for your assistance! I added the code to function.php and now I can see upcoming events on various Organizer pages however the Organizer pages are still not rendering correctly:
